Seeing “try-shaper” on your statement
You may notice “try-shaper” on your card or bank statement when you purchase from try-shaper or its parent company. This can also appear when a subscription renews, or when a family member makes a purchase tied to that account.
If you still can’t match the charge
Try the steps below to identify where the charge came from:
- Search your email for phrases like “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”
- Look for a receipt that matches the amount shown on your statement.
- On the email receipt, check the sender and the domain—for example, “support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com.”
- Visit that store’s website to see if you recognize it.
- If you recognize the site:
- Check the top navigation for “Submit Your Request.”
- Scroll to the footer and find a link to “Submit Your Request.”
Get in touch with support
If you’ve already checked the site and your receipts and still aren’t sure about the charge, contact try-shaper Customer Service.
